Today, Tuesday 20th May 2025, Nik and I head off for a short trip to Brighton. We stopped off in The Lanes for a short time, and played with Tooter Pooter, which was very funny, and then stopped for lunch in Breakfast At Tiffany’s, a café. We also had a bubble tea in Pearl’s.
With Jezz and I having a penchant for bubble tea, Jezz decided to get the ingredients to make them ourselves at home. It’s quite straight forward and involves a herbal fruit tea (optional), ice, a sugar-free flavoured syrup and popping Boba pearls. And Jezz, in his infinite wisdom, bought these jars with lids from IKEA…
Jezz and I were up and out nice and early so we could get around IKEA before it got too busy. We got everything we needed and then went to McDonald’s for lunch.
