This page features everything that I love.

Luther Vandross has played such an inspirational part with my love and passion for music.  I will never tire of his voice and was very sad when he died.  I have a good collection of his songs, his ballads being my favourite of his varying styles. His version of The Impossible Dream still makes me tearful when I'm alone and absorb every note!

Other favourite male singers: Frankie Valli, David Gates (Bread), Matt Monro, George Benson, Richard Hawley, Freddie Mercury, Boz Scaggs, Billy Porter, Teddy Pendergrass, Ray Parker Jr., John Denver, Art Garfunkel, Paul Simon, Nat King Cole, Paul Weller, Bobby Vee, Bob Marley, Jarrod Lawson, Bobby Womack, Sylvester,

I love Karen Carpenter's voice.  You appreciate the clarity and crispness of her voice most when wearing headphones. My favourite song of The Carpenters is Rainy Days and Mondays.

For me, Karen Carpenter is the absolute best singer ever.

This song means so much to me and was probably the first record that I ever played, at the age of around 6.  It was in my Grandmother's record collection and the most amazing part, I have never grown out of the song.  If it's ever on the radio, I feel that my whole world, mind, soul and body stops to listen to it until it's finished.  Each time it returns me back to those days when I'd spend hours alone in front of Gran's old gramophone, playing every record she had.  It's now currently set as the ring tone on my mobile when Jezz calls.

I believe that I have watched every episode of this programme. I find every practical joke and challenge very funny. Joe Gatto is hysterical and not phased by anything. Sal is probably my favourite because of how he is the least likely person to cope in a practical joke situation. Murr is picked on but handles it completely. Quinn makes me die laughing because of his reactions to the public.

Purely for his role as Pre Tell in the series Pose. He is also famous for his starring role as Lola in Kinky Boots. He takes the lead from River Phoenix because of how intense he is. He is captivating and I'm totally absorbed in his character. He makes me laugh and then cry. His version of For All We Know really made me cry.

Taken from a recipe that Dad taught us very early on in life, and since then adding chicken stock and coconut, this dish is not only extremely tasty but always reminds me of having tea at home together, normally Wednesday evenings. This dish is just as nice with chips instead of rice.

Other dishes: Mock Meat Loaf (renamed Mr Merlin because we always had it when the programme Mr Merlin came on the telly) and Dad's cold meat and bubble on Mondays. Other favourites are gammon pineapple and chips with peas and a fried egg, homemade Lasagne.

These biscuits have brought back a long-lost childhood memory of mine. They are almost identical to the taste and texture of an old 70s biscuit from Sainsbury's called Chocolate Crunch. These are bigger and nicer but so similar.

Other favourite biscuits: Bourbon, Digestive, Rich Tea Finger, Fruit Shortcake, Nice
